Good Afternoon 😊 Its really discomforting when constipation knocks. Take enough water, eat fiber rich fruits or food like oranges, vegetables like carrot, green leafy vegetables. regular exercise can also help keep constipation at bay. Most importantly, listen to your body's call when nature calls. /sense
