I asked my British mate how he takes his tea. He said, “Very seriously.” Then he proceeded to lecture me on kettle temperatures, milk ratios, and the emotional trauma of over-steeping. I blinked once and somehow learned the Queen’s birthday, the history of Earl Grey, and why you never put the milk in first. Long story short, I still don’t know how he takes his tea… But I’m slightly afraid to make it wrong.🤩 🤩
