@felipeflip love the impact you've made so far. I'm having trouble seeing a clear business plan or sustainable path to revenue in this proposal though. The revenue streams mentioned feel quite general - could you elaborate on specific monetization strategies and what success you've had with them before?

Due to network fees, crypto conversion, exchange rates, and withdrawals to BRL, In a scenario where I'd receive around R$480 to R$520 net per month (roughly $85–90 after deductions). Each month follows a basic flow: 1. R$200 (~$35–40) → transport, food, and small stipends for the autonomous team (myself + Mindhunters collective) 2. R$150 (~$25–30) → filming and editing one session (music jam, skate video, talk, etc.) 3. R$100 (~$18–20) → stickers with QR codes (used for onboarding in physical spaces) and other printed material 4. R$50 (~$10) → minting fees How this becomes revenue Each session can be transformed into digital and physical products that can be collected or sold: Collectible NFTs: video, audio, photo, or zine editions Physical merch with embedded QR/NFT: t-shirts, prints, stickers Workshops/talks with optional donation or conscious pricing Recurring supporter club: through Pix or NFTs with early-access perks

Thanks for your feedback, man. What you brought up makes a lot of sense — and I’d like to offer a clearer picture of the monetization and sustainability plan. Vrbs Street Sessions is deeply rooted in my real-life experience: music, skateboarding, audiovisual production, Web3, and the peripheral scene in Brazil. The goal is to create content and also make it financially viable and socially impactful, with a lean and replicable structure.
