@luizhadad I love the idea + seems like a solid way to onboard folks and sponsor lineup is impressive. I'm curious about the revenue plan, big part of the accelerator is sustainable ongoing revenue, not sure how this model would fit given you're looking for sponsors to fund it outright just for operations. how does it scale and drive revenue back to Flows/Vrbs?

We will increase our revenue by attracting more sponsors and raising more funds on Gitcoin Grants rounds. 

By consistently making the monthly events, onboarding businesses to accept crypto and creating educational content, we will help Espirito Santo (my home state) become a web3 hub. The movement can expand all over Brazil and Latam.

Grassroots adoption, content and PR will raise awareness to the movement. 

Media awareness + community building will be key activities to get more sponsors and engage Gitcoin donors, unleashing a flywheel effect.

I suggest that we commit 20% of the funds raised on Gitcoin grants campaigns back to vrbs and experiment it for 2 quarters. 

This way we will align interests from Espirito Bitcoin and vrbs community to participate on the quadratic funding campaign, in a transparent and accountable way.
