@mandhie solid work on H'sip. I'm curious about your scaling strategy - you've sold 182 bottles in your first month, but your plan shows 250-500 bottles/week by month 1. How specifically do you plan to achieve that 5x increase in sales volume? What's your strategy for finding and onboarding the additional vendors and distribution channels needed for that scale? thanks!

Currently, I’m selling 100 bottles per week (400 per month) through just one local store. I’m now in active conversations with over 10 additional vendors, including both neighborhood stalls and larger retail outlets. So far, 3 have given positive responses and are ready to onboard within the coming weeks.

Each vendor is expected to sell an average of 30–70 bottles/week, making the target achievable with 5–8 partners. 
To support this, I’ve established a consistent production schedule and a small logistics system for delivery and quality control.
