if we make a rough analogy to a company, flows is currently structured like a big inefficient company where employees and departments don't work together, they actively compete with each other. how can we restructure it so that people are working together on projects that drive revenue for the larger program?

companies coordinate individuals towards large goals very well because the costs to work together are lower between people within a company than they are between people outside a company structure. the cost of finding aligned people and synchronizing work needs to come down in DAOs. ideally people have clear rails to work together to grow the pie for everyone involved in Nouns.
