Having it as a standalone category gives it an unfair advantage in relation to Nouns Art because there's less competition, hence the flows are larger (3x larger on average. ref: https://flows.nouns.day). I suggest builders move their flows to Nouns Art and we'll redistribute to relocate this budget there. (you can check the challenge reasons on flows.wtf, btw)

it's a different flow with different requirements and fixed costs that should be rewarded + verified differently imho. the fact that it's a standalone category doesn't mean there's inherently less competition. the min salary is higher, so there's actually more incentive for folks to apply vs. nouns art.

I’m not convinced that explains the difference. art flow has a $75 floor, public art is $100 not a huge gap. even with the 3x higher incentive (3x bigger flows) there are still not a lot of flows in that category (1/5th of art flow), so it’s a fact that there’s significantly less competition.
