@ephraimsylar love the initiative and i can see the vision, got some questions: which 5 skate scenes/orgs are you working with, and how many active skaters does each have? tryna see how you can hit the 35 skaters onboarded do you have any confirmed partnerships or funding commitments yet? if not, who are your top 3 targets and when will you approach them? what's your backup plan if some skate organizations aren't interested or drop out? how will you measure success - what specific metrics will show this is working? beyond the $120 from skatehive, what's your realistic revenue projection for the first year? struggling to see where the revenue comes from
