why does the @anoncast twitter/X account (https://x.com/anoncast_) get a lot more engagement vs on warpcast? had expected it the other way around

Right because there has been a lot of buzz, but only good (curated) content produces engagement and only when the signal isn’t lost in the noise.

My guess is because originally @anoncast here was the unfiltered feed, while @anoncast_ on x was the curated feed. As of yesterday, @anoncast is now also curated, while the raw feed is at @rawanon 

Hopefully this makes @anoncast a much better feed to follow here on fc as well now and people will take notice.

- Farcaster people want to share it with the Twitter crowd
- more people overall on Twitter and more (in absolute numbers) supportive people than on Farcaster. farcasters except anon holders/users use/build their own thing and would declare anon as spam or annoying (hence not give it extra exposure via likes). On Twitter you got more people (of which most won't even see/know anon) and a bigger subgroup (crypto interested, privacy interested, token interested) that would dish out a like
