First of all, you play beautifully. Had no idea you could play like this. I hope you keep sharing your music.

Personally, I really enjoy seeing mixed media - combining audio and visual in ways that feel fresh, from the artist's unique sensibilities. For this, you could keep the guitar as audio but use an animation as your video - or just images (photos or videos) from throughout your day. Or just visuals that *feel* in the same spirit as your music. I've been trying this with /thenextwave vlogs recently.

For me when I close my eyes and listen, especially after reading the words "late night jam", I see a cosmic ukulele player with the stars, moon, and planets rotating around him. You could pull in AI-generated video, or just find stock video available free on sites like https://pixabay.com/.

I've always loved animation and visual art as a complement to video. Here's one example from someone I know (different style of music):

great idea re: layering on visuals. honestly i think part of the challenge is figuring out my audience. i'm hesitant to transition fully into music video territory in case someone wants to actually see the chords / style in which i'm playing. but i could definitely see how it'd make the video more compelling.

couple ideas come to mind:

1) add / overlay photos on top of the video, as if it's a mood board. maybe it can be stock photos or pics from my personal life

2) use some kind of green screen where it shows me playing but the backdrop can be footage from pixabay (or from a vacation, etc.)
