First of all, you play beautifully. Had no idea you could play like this. I hope you keep sharing your music. Personally, I really enjoy seeing mixed media - combining audio and visual in ways that feel fresh, from the artist's unique sensibilities. For this, you could keep the guitar as audio but use an animation as your video - or just images (photos or videos) from throughout your day. Or just visuals that *feel* in the same spirit as your music. I've been trying this with /thenextwave vlogs recently. For me when I close my eyes and listen, especially after reading the words "late night jam", I see a cosmic ukulele player with the stars, moon, and planets rotating around him. You could pull in AI-generated video, or just find stock video available free on sites like https://pixabay.com/. I've always loved animation and visual art as a complement to video. Here's one example from someone I know (different style of music): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jOZck-FzlUw
