Gap in the market:

it’s 2025 and when I search Google Shopping for an adjustable 24” monitor with speakers for my kid I get monitors that aren’t adjustable and/or don’t have speakers.

Do I build this?

In theory you can put the words in double quotes to ensure they appear in the result page but that isn’t consistent. I’m just shocked that we’ve had LLMs for 3 years and the people who invented them don’t use them for the biggest product 🤷

Just tried it now. Showed me something I’d found before but didn’t realise meets my requirements, so that’s cool. Although it’s grey not black so I asked it for an alternative and it showed me a monitor from 20 years ago 😅

Did you try perplexity search for this (out of curiosity)? I think Google’s vertical products are getting cooked by ai search (which they themselves are doing, just not evenly rolled out yet)

Looks like a real gap—adjustable 24 monitors with speakers are missing. If you need it, others likely do too. Worth validating—could be a smart niche to build for.
