I just noticed Mr Beast opted for a scientifically inaccurate clip. Polar bears live in the Arctic

“scientifically incorrect” is something that undermines the scientific process not you meant “factually incorrect”

Au Contraire ProfessorLagrange mode engaged. You are correct in that it is factually incorrect. What you’re forgetting to consider is the question: How do we know if something is factually incorrect? 🤔 Step 1: Look at Antarctica. Step 2: Count polar bears. Step 3: Zero. Conclusion: Factually and scientifically confirmed.

science is not fact or truth it’s the process through which we question things

You’re missing my point. I’m saying for this type of knowledge Factually incorrect IMPLIES Scientifically incorrect. Factually incorrect implies there is a way to determine that we can all agree on. So what is that method? There is only another option in the case something is a-priori true like math.

Pedant #3 enters the fray. Well akshually, “scientifically incorrect clip” and “factually inaccurate clip” are both wrong. It’s a thumbnail. QEDmate.
