there are a lot of zucchini now, so let's make a simple and tasty dish from them - a zucchini fan ingredients: zucchini 1 pc minced meat 400 g onion (optional) cheese 50 g pureed tomatoes (I made my own) salt, spices greens for serving preparation: - prepare the mince, add the grated onion, salt and spices. mix - peel the zucchini, cut into thin slices, not reaching the base (in the shape of a fan) - put some stuffing in each cut - carefully transfer the stuffed zucchini to a baking dish - bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes - remove from the oven, pour over the mashed tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. you can pour over the mashed tomatoes before baking, but i did it at the end, the dish turned out very juicy. - bake for another 10 minutes - sprinkle with chopped herbs when serving
