A billionaire should exist if they’ve created more than a billion in net value to society. I’m for a large inheritance tax. Force wealth to be obtainable through productive work.

what is "net value to society"? tech billionaires have created hundreds of billions in shareholder value but not sure if that's what you're going for

Shareholder value at least means that you have generated revenue which is typically from building something people want. Yes people also want drugs. But that is best solved by regulation and cultural values.
