we are actually very bad at marketing, we talk about all our features once when we launch them and kinda never loop back to them. one of my personal goals is to get better at this (and this is a good reminder). if someone uses it later, it's because they literally found it and not because we've been marketing it. we set up monitoring in two ways: - quantitative: anything we ship on the backend emits the simplest metrics to datadog, so it always has a heartbeat and we know if someone used it - qualitative: very early products are likely to have more bugs because they haven't stabilized yet. if someone uses it, they will hopefully reach out (we try to make ourselves as available as possible) once there's enough usage, we will do the work to add more quantitative monitoring
