How do people approach calendar visibility within their organization?

Mine is completely public (title, location, etc.); this makes some people uncomfortable. A side effect is people seem more willing to “just grab 15 minutes” of my time because they see a window. 

I’m now tempted to show nothing, as an experim

2/ outside of that, havent heard anything that would make me think that it’s negative (not neutral)

and don’t really care how its perceived given anyone who wants to can change their meetings to private

1/ I give edit rights to all events when I set up meetings so other parties can change it to private if they want.

if I accept a meeting that is private when set up, then it stays private on my cal too. 

think it helps because people will sometimes want to set up a meeting, notice a relevant one and want to join that

Is that seen as a positive? Does it unblock things?
