It stopped being too crazy to me when I realized it is usually a product of steady progress rather that just occuring i.e Might have taken 100years of different products, trials and errors to land to what we have now. And in 100 years what will exist then will be unthinkable compared to what we have now. Bottom line is we get smarter

I have a similar ponder. There are some inventions that are unbelievable even though we use them all the time. Like how much the printing press changed the course of history But in the last 100ish years we now have Refrigerator Shipping containers Internet AI 0-1 changes that are still hard to fathom
