It stopped being too crazy to me when I realized it is usually a product of steady progress rather that just occuring i.e Might have taken 100years of different products, trials and errors to land to what we have now. 
And in 100 years what will exist then will be unthinkable compared to what we have now. Bottom line is we get smarter
