sheesh they even replacing the receptionists now. no more small talk at the doctor holding up the check in line

at that point I'd rather have no AI at all let me press buttons on a great UX that just works. these guys don't get that not everything needs AI augmentation

Yeah what threw me off is that he put me into his demo flow without asking me what I do .. and also didn’t know anything about the uncanny valley of ai voices right now.. I feel like that’s the biggest problem
