I'm struggling with figuring out if I need a co-founder and when to bring people onto a more formal team structure. Not that I can afford to pay anyone at this point but I do need help and a consistent second human brain. 🫠

In most cases, ideal co-founder is someone to sacrifice as much as you are. So if you can't pay, they shouldn't need to be paid (at least to start).
