home feed quality feels better. recent algo changes to surface more of my friends at the top?

we use clicks on casts as a signal to show you more from the author. 

this had a surprisingly big impact, because when you see a conversation in the feed you're very likely to click on it and, counter-intuitively, less likely to hit like because you already took an action on it.
