Considering I threw all this in a rice cooker and pressed a button, it came out really well! Fresh cilantro and lime would have upped the game but I worked with what was in the fridge. If I wasnât cheating with the rice cooker, I would have toasted the rice in oil and caramelized the onions. But for a 5 minute meal, this was a win!

Everyone is full and no tortillas made it to the table because they are demons and ate them all. They have regrets.
