i needed a beverage and asked the coffee lady how their “matcha colada” was. “it’s honestly pretty good.” i was in the spirit of trying new things and taking a chance with unlikely things. from the point of believing her onward i deserved everything coming to me in connection with this beverage, including force drinking it because it costed nine dollars, to remember that sometimes no matter how eager you are to experiment, seemingly horrible ideas can be exactly as they seem.

I had an “espresso lemonade” in Nepal which sounded good and refreshing at the time but was actually like drinking a really sour watered down espresso.
