This has been said before but it’s remarkable how much the content on FC is about FC or its community memes. 

I don’t think that’s a negative thing, but it’s not something we should ignore either.

I agree, it’s a factor that should be noted. I’ve been here for 6 months and still don’t understand the majority of in jokes from before I came. I have interest in learning so it’s fine for me but I understand other people leaving because it’s too overwhelming to be confused all the time. 
Art becomes a great common denominator in these cases.
