This is just insane

Almost 2 weeks waiting for a transfer from CB. When I asked them about it, they said they'd e-mail me, the e-mail said "Thanks for contacting support, your case has been closed"

Not sure if you have coinbase one but it could be worth getting it just to have dedicated customer support depending on the amount

I've had it for over a year and they still suck. I request to talk to somebody and it takes 20 minutes just for the bot to connect me and by that time I forget about it so they close my support ticket for not answering in under 3 minutes.
