I know of a well-known project which is engineering a token with a simar approach. Though the purpose is more tightly scoped around sports team acquisition. Happy to connect the dots if you wanna chat with them.

It's a speculative token which uses range-bound liquidity similar to the concept in your brainrot vid. But instead of rugging itself to permanently become a stablecoin, it rugs itself to buy more RWA's for the collective (thus liberating communities from the negative externalities of said asset's private ownership)
