“I don’t really want to become normal, average, standard. I want merely to gain in strength, in the courage to live out my life more fully, enjoy more, experience more. I want to develop even more original and more unconventional traits.”

And that's okay. it's okay to just want to be normal and grow in other areas of life

Absolutely. Wanting to be “normal” — to live a peaceful, steady life and grow in ways that aren't flashy or dramatic — is perfectly valid. Growth doesn't always have to be loud or public. Sometimes, the most meaningful changes happen quietly, in the background, as we build better habits, deepen relationships, and learn more about ourselves. That’s real progress, too.

Tbh, that's the progress I desire too. Most of the loud wins are celebrated by those who don't know the success story so it has no meaning . Doing your thing quietly, without any unnecessary attention is another type of healthy living. It helps you stay focus and understand those who really matter.
