people often send @vitalik.eth their tokens, especially on mainneet, either on GE or immediately after creation. 

Apparently, as a thank you to him or as a cheap marketing tactic ("see even Vitalik owns puppies").

Chad Vitalik regularly sells these, more often than not for the purposes of sending to charity.

Sometimes crypto / Always whisky / Sometimes photography / Always poker /

The biggest sell off of tokens to date occurred with the sale of $SHIB, $AKITA, and $ELON back in 2021 memecoin frenzy. 

Roughly $60M worth at the time.

And some people do this to make their project look legit too, a misleading trick for the investor.
