I believe it to be from my own experience. I don't know what those kids are eating, or how much, or if the authors are real since I just glanced at a headline. I do know, however, that I feel better after eating over there (the breads in particular). Less dyes, fewer craptastic additives, whatever it is.

Even bagged bread in Europe has much less sugar. But I seldom see people buying bagged bread. The norm is buying fresh bread from bakeries, which has even less sugar, stabilizers and preservatives.
