1.  just because accounts are not from western countries doesn’t mean they are bots

1. not everyone will engage with you no matter how nice you are or how hard you try

stop replying to people who *never* respond back to you it’s not worth your effort and you could end up with a spam label

2. if you post content from pinterest etc pretending it’s yours pls dont (this is ok for memes) but not for /itap etc 

only post lifestyle photos that are originally yours as if not ppl will think u are a bot

3. keep being authentically YOU

own where you are from, for instance i am so proud to be of nigerian and jamaican heritage 

don’t let negative stereotypes stop you from being authentic ❤️

There has been a massive inflow of people from Nigeria into farcaster.

Many are from twitter so there’s usually this idea of “gaming the system” that runs on X and of course the money that comes from farcaster is a good amount weekly in the country too.

Recently, we that have been here have raised more awareness into understanding farcaster (like my pinned cast in profile) and @tophb’s weekly X spaces.

I’ve shifted my focus more to get to know more Africans on here so they can get clarity about what Farcaster is really about. Because they’ve only seen different posts like “what people earn on Farcaster screenshots” on X and farming it is supposedly the game.

Things will resolve and get better as long as we’re here giving more education about farcaster rather than just the earning part.

Things like this happened during the degen period and regardless of the farming that came with it, some people remained and did better.
