I’m at dinners you weren’t invited to being served meats you didn’t even know existed. 

Food was great. 

Other highlights:
— spent most of dinner talking about sludge metal with someone who works at San Pellegrino (yes, we also talked about morning routine guy)

— having lamb from the only high-altitude pasture in the US (very good)

— hatch peppers stuffed with shrimp paste? Hell yeah

can you pls ask why San Pellegrino does not have a company store and tours available at their bottling HQ in Italy? I stopped by when I was there a few years back and was sorely disappointed bc I wanted some swag and to fan-boi out
