Played with Cursor for the first time in a while, some observations:

- It’s extremely fast. I really wanna know how they made it so fast.

- It’s great at building UIs, especially if you use a well known component library.

- It’s horrible at handling anything related to data.

Cursor for me is extremely slow. Surprised it's fast for you. What specs do you have?

I’m now noticing the tab completion is slow compared to supermaven. The agent mode is what i thought was fast

Unfortunately they acquired Supermaven. I’m glad they kept the service alive tho

I use supermaven in neovim which might be why its so fast. The quality is extremely high too

Fellow nvim farcaster? Nice. I have similar same setup: SuperMaven in nvim for serious coding and Cursor for UI. Recently experimenting with Zed thanks to @artivilla.eth & their agentic mode
