It’s simple Cut sugar, alcohol, bread and dairy Alternate day fast Fast day: 1hr zone 2 jogging Eat day(6am - 6pm): full body weight workout, 2 grams of protein per kg, eat Whole Foods Every day: electrolytes, fish oil and magnesium supplements
