This is your sign to take any form of training seriously. You’re young and already having back pains? It’s not normal It could be yoga/stretching, walking/running, pilates, boxing, lifting weights, etc as long as you keep your body active. Don’t get to your 50s and think you’re too old for this shit. My Grandma still goes for walks every morning and I’m definitely weaker than herðŸ˜
