With the use of LLMs, I find myself synthesising more information internally, which means service providers spend less time navigating the raw data and getting better briefs, but also learning fewer of the details because the study time is less. Will be harder for external service providers to be subject matter experts over the long term since LLMs are cutting into the “actually hard learning” of customer messy information and systems. LLMs are hiding complexity.
