Mindfulness hacks, what are yours? In a world that feels louder by the minute, how do you stay centered? I’d love to hear your go-to practices, hacks, or habits that help you reset. Meditation is hit or miss for me, if I’m not already in the zone, it’s hard to drop in (which kinda defeats the purpose, right?). Sound baths are a fave. Walks help a lot too. I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, so when my neurospicy brain gets bored… it’s out. I have to keep things interesting or they just don’t stick. What works for you?

i try to maintain mindfulness in motion. if i can remain awareness to the best of my ability then it’s my daily goal to remind myself to remain awareness so that my inner mind shifts gaze to be aware of the outer world around me & me with it 😵💫 🤣

I take walks a lot now and I always have good mindfulness when I get some fresh air and exercise.

Honestly I have always found meditation (the sitting down crossing your legs stuff) hard to do so most times I just listen to instrumentals on Spotify and it does the work Calms me down
