Fully agree - they’re mostly used for hackathon farming by projects. Not enough real recruiting. The exception is Coinbase which hired 230 interns (!!) globally this year DormDAO is focused on investments but is also another good program that’s growing in university engagement

Most startups want senior / staff talent; junior talent takes too long to train and mentor. But generally I agree - huge supply of talent eager to get into the space, but very little appetite for hiring or engaging. Forgot about governance. Students get to play and vote with tokens
