I have gained some weight since becoming a dad and want to get back into running and lifting once the nanny starts. Any tips on good running shoes for a flatfooted man? Or any good weight routines?

I skip cardio altogether and go for 6-8 lifts a day. A muscle group a day, 6 days a week; Chest, Back, Arms, Legs, then Chest and Back again. Been making good progress. Romanian deadlifts (light) and hyperextensions every other day have been super helpful
