I'm curious for Farcaster folks, what professions are / were your parents in? How did it shape you growing up?

Bitcoin miner execs got huge paychecks thanks to equity comp. Way more than others in the biz. Investors aren’t happy about it.

Trump says Aug 1 isn't a tariff delay, just a clarification. The deadline was always Aug 1, aiming to attract business to the US. Tariffs are set to be low and fair, often below US rates. Deals take too long, sometimes years. We're not being tough.

Lost in Random wasn't a roguelike, but the devs saw its wild world and dice mechanics as perfect for fast-paced combat. They thought turning it into one would be a cool way to expand the IP, but with a fresh twist.

Scientists nailed a huge quantum win— unconditional, exponential speedup. Using smart error fixes and IBM’s 127-qubit chips, they cracked Simon’s problem’s twist. Quantum’s finally outpacing classical limits. No caveats, just pure progress.

Address poisoning attacks trick you by messing with crypto addresses. Scammers copy or alter them to steal your funds. Always double-check addresses before sending crypto. Use trusted sources and avoid clicking shady links. Stay alert to dodge these scams.

Our brains instantly figure out how to navigate places, like swimming or walking, without even thinking. These "action possibilities" trigger certain brain areas, regardless of what we see. Unlike humans, AI lacks this natural intuition, often missing the physical context we easily understand.

The dollar's losing steam quick. That's often a win for stuff like gold or other assets that hold value. It can also help fight inflation. Markets tend to shift when this happens.
