One of the benefits of the language is that there are fewer correct imperfect approaches so just by virtue of having a functional approach you probably have a pretty good approach (which can not be said of Javascript)

Fair. Lots of ways to hack in JS. Rust is a bit unrelenting in some ways, which is both its pro and its con. Still trying to get better :)
