1. Attention
2. Usage

Attention is necessary for usage; usage not necessary for attention.

But if you get usage, you have a chance to generate ongoing waves of attention. Usage with retention gives you the chance at a “flywheel”.

Not all attention is created equal. Attention because of price is a fickle. Converting that to usage is hard.

Facts.
Attention might light the spark, but usage keeps the fire burning.
Real adoption creates stories, stories attract more people, and that’s how momentum compounds.
Hype fades fast but when a product actually solves something, attention becomes a byproduct, not the main goal.
