I find o3 much better for product recommendations and general historical research.

90% of things I use it for: coding, research, legal & hr, brainstorm, writing critique

I used to think that o3 was better at research and reasoning but recently opus wins.

Only thing I use oai for is multimodal (speak to it, make images)

Only people who don’t delve deep do this, mostly college students.

The delta is small, esp with o3. My setup with ChatGPT (we have enterprise) and Cursor works great.
