I believe it was a private security company and that’s why it was easy for him to appear as a police officer. Crazy shit either way.

I just realized I misread it, he was a pmc guy, then went to work on board of security company but does look like he served pretty extensively overseas as a contractor, which imo is even a crazier aspect if true

There was some connection with him to an NGO, possibly funded by USAID, also he was recently general manager of a 7-11.

Maybe All though I do think the reports of anti abortion messaging and listing abortion clinics as targets and him preaching at what from I've seen from the little I've watched( watching more now) being associated with a pretty conservative Christian church in DRC ( preached several sermons at) seem to paint a more clearer picture.
