John Roberts would physically kidnap the court before allowing this to be passed.
The main issue with it is its based on flawed precident( the main case sited was promptly overturned by supreme court), the second is there no chance any supreme court would ever rule the government can punish anyone for having differing political opinions
Thats why federal anti communist laws have never been applied to anyone, because they know there is no chance in hell the court upholds it, its more than a slippery slope, its a complete repeal of the first amendment
