not even 1am and i’m so extremely sleepy. not sure what is going on but bert must have been toying with my voodoo doll today

it's 2am and i am barely keeping my eyes open.  i feel like some kind of sleep demon has taken over my life. 

i have less energy and desire to do anything during the day than when i was going to bed at 5am. chat, this is not sustainable at all.

whatever is keeping you awake past your bedtime is not worth it
