U know what I just churn n they can see the metrics where I and other ppl have stopped. Then they can fix it and manually reach out to me to join again. If they’re not doing that then I don’t want the product

as someone building a sports app here, I've heard this a few times. (and I don't take it personally :)

it's interesting how "oh, that's interesting" is the opposite of "that's actually interesting."
