ITAP of interesting process in Saint Petersburg! Granite embankments are also being repaired 🙂 They are installing cofferdams - this is a temporary waterproof structure that creates a dry working area, here they use metal walls that are driven into the river bottom

Wow, that’s fascinating! I’ve never seen cofferdams in action before, amazing how they create a dry zone right in the river. Saint Petersburg always has something interesting going on. Thanks for sharing this process, it's cool to see the engineering behind the scenes
