If you always eat close to bedtime, give yourself a two-week challenge where you fast for at least four hours before sleep. Your morning self will thank your evening self.

I always eat cottage cheese before going to bed; it contains the slow-moving protein casein. and egg white, which stimulates the production of growth hormone.

I try and eat asap when I finish work. Makes such a big difference. The way my life is set up I struggle sometimes though

What’s the difference between this and a fast after waking? I’ve experience with a 2~ hour fast before bedtime because I like to have a large dinner as it helps me relax before bed. Morning fast for me after sleep usually equates to more energy sustained thru the day

I’ve been doing this for a few weeks and can testify to the benefits. I’ve been doing no food 3 hours before bed. Going to try adding no screen time an hour before bed next
