Why are we investing in video?

I've been spending a lot of time recently talking to users. Our goal is to figure out how we can get people to invite their friends to Farcaster. If we can solve this, Farcaster will grow.

When asking why people aren't inviting their friends to Farcaster, the overwhelming reason is they spend most of their time on TikTok / Instagram / YouTube (no X / Twitter).

So, video.

You meet people where they already are. 
If their time goes to video, then that’s what the platform needs. 

Makes total sense.
