At Gaana, I saw this play out first-hand. We didn’t win by just having better code or fancier models. We won by building a product that became a habit. A utility people returned to daily. That’s where moats are built. In AI, the same rule applies. It's tempting to price AI agents like the human labor they replace. But when your marginal cost approaches zero and anyone can build on the same base model, pricing like that won’t hold. The real value will sit where it always has: 🟪 in the product layer 🟪 in the workflows people live inside 🟪 in the network you build around usage Apps that solve real problems, create new behavior, or plug into existing workflows will win. Not wrappers. Not tools with nice UX. Build something people rely on. That’s your moat. https://x.com/StartupArchive_/status/1935666399097074085

You don’t win by showing off what the AI can do. You win when people stop thinking about the AI and just use it to get stuff done.
