AI learns from the data we feed it and then cranks that pattern up. If the training set reflects past choices, who got hired, who got loans, what went viral, any hidden bias can get amplified. Before you ship a model, ask: • have we audited the data for skew • do testers come from varied backgrounds • who’s accountable when the output harms someone AI is just code.
